FURTHER to previous messages, we are pleased to give notice of the Special General Meeting (SGM) of North West Cambridgeshire Conservative Association (NWCCA) arranged to formalise the changes arising from the Parliamentary boundary review concluded and approved earlier this year.

Venue: Ramsey Community Centre, Stocking Fen Road, Ramsey PE26 2UR
As a result of the revised boundaries, our North West Cambridgeshire constituency says a sad farewell to Association members in four Huntingdonshire District Council wards. At the same time we extend a very warm welcome to those joining us from Peterborough constituency.
In line with Party rules, the purpose of the SGM is to 'close' the old NWCCA and 'open' the new NWCCA to reflect the revised boundary, and to ratify the Shadow officers. Further information can be found in a previous news article.
The official transfer of members takes place on September 20th, after the SGM, which may lead to some overlap between outgoing and incoming members. Please note only those living within the new constituency boundary, and whose membership is up to date, are eligible to attend the SGM. If you are uncertain about your eligibility to do so, please get in touch with the office and we will endeavour to assist.
