Jason Ablewhite has been selected as the Conservative candidate for the Warboys and Upwood County Council Division following the decision by incumbent councillor, Victor Lucas, not to stand for election again.
Jason has lived in Huntingdonshire for most of his life and is married to Annette. They have two sons, Archie and George, who attend local schools. Jason has worked in the wholesale foods industry since leaving school and has held a number of senior management positions in that time.
Jason was first elected in 2000 and has held a number of high level positions. He has an excellent record of service when it comes to putting the community first and getting things done. He is also the Executive Leader of Huntingdonshire District Council and uses his position to protect key services.
